problems with mcafee total protection 2007

Dell is offering to buy this on thier website, but there is a problem with the download. dell said to contact mcafee, mcafee said that dell downloaded and bad file and they have the correct link. dell as sent me all over the place to get this new download. as not sent it like they said they wouls is anyone eles having this prolem? I have spent 10 hours and counting to fix this problem. If anyone knows the right dept. please let me know
