NONE of the Vostro or Optiplex or Inspiron models allow overclocking.
This has never been a feature or offered and never will be.
This is a 12 year old DDR2 LGA 775 system.
2 GIG DDR2 PC2-6400 • CL=6 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-800 • 1.8V • 256MEG X 64 • is max dimm size.

Slots: 2 (1 bank of 2)
Maximum Dimm Size: 4GB
INTEL G45 chipset.

I still have one of these. It's ten years old and was designed for office use, and as has been pointed out, it does not support overclocking and never will.
