Vostro 360 AIO, upgrading?
I am new to this upgrading PC thing. I have been doing research but I believe my computer is old enough where it's recommended to retire it. I have a Dell Vostro 360 AIO with a Dell Inc. 0H500Y motherboard with an I3 processor. I also have only 4gb of RAM, but after some research seems recommended to upgrade it to 8gb of RAM as it is the most the motherboard will allow. Again, I am new to this and look forward to any insite. I would like to know if I can upgrade my processor to an I5 or I7 and if upgrading the RAM to 8gb would be effective as well. Thank you.

Many people love Samsung SSDs, but they are pricey.
I have a Samsung SSD, a Crucial SSD, and a couple of PNY SSDs.

I made the upgrade to 8Gb of RAM and an i5 2400s, and an SSD too. But I had an Issue, the original power adapter that came whit mi Vostro was only of 150W, that was fine for the original Intel Pentium G620 @ 2.6 GHz, but when made the upgrade, needs to change the power adapter to 180W. otherwise, the system will turn off 2 of the 4 cores of the processor.
Happy upgrading
