I assume you clean installed Windows 10 and are not running Ubuntu? Have you tried the driver for that sensor on the support page? Are you running another version of Windows? Sorry but the images are not visible until approved by a moderator.
The images actually have information but have not been confirmed yet. I am using Windows 10 home. I did the Windows updates. I tried the driver on the support page but the driver does not install warning
