Harddisk 500gb
Which windows is best for my laptop to install now and where i should install 32bit or 64bit os

It'll run either 32-bit or 64-bit, but 32-bit is likely preferable with only 4 G RAM.
At this point, the oldest version of Windows still receiving security updates is 8.1. That or Windows 10 are the only options.
