Getting problems with New Laptops
have a Dell Inspiron 2 and 1. I purchased it about 4 months ago. Off the bat, I've been having some random issues with it.
1. I assumed while it's charging, I will go back to try and use it, but the laptop has shut down on its own. The charging light with start blinking repeatedly yellow and white and I have to hold down the power button for several seconds so it stops. Then after a few minutes, I will turn it back on and when I do, the wifi isn't detected and there's no way to get my internet to work so yet again, I have to restart it a second time and then the wifi is fine. There is no rhyme or reason to this happening. It happens randomly. It's not the charger itself or any loose connection, I've looked into that. It's also not the laptop dying because when this occurs, it's usually charged 40+%. mynordstrom myzaxbysvisit
2. There will be a random beeping nose that happens every so often. Again, no specific pattern. Sometimes it doesn't happen for weeks at a time and then when I'm simply surfing the web, it will beep out of nowhere.
I do have a 2 year warranty and I'm wondering if I should take it in. I've avoided that so far because of the tests coming up clear. Any thoughts as to why this laptop that I purchased only 6 months ago has such problems when it shouldn't?
Plz help me to get run out of this issue,
Thanks in advance

You have an Inspiron . This is the Vostro forum.
When you post about your laptop, include the model number. A Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 can be one of several models.

I'm assuming windows 10 is on the computer.....
Type msinfo32 onto the search box, you should be able to see exact Dell model number in System Information. It will be listed by System Model.

There is no "place to take it in." You must contact Dell Support for help and they will help you and/or arrange for service based on the terms of your warranty. This is a user to user forum.
