Only by replacing the mainboard. Since the CPU is also soldered to the board, you'll be replacing that as well, so figure on at least a couple of hundred dollars just for the part.
You'll also need a new heatsink assembly and if you now have a 65W power supply, a 90W or better adapter, so add another $30 or so for the heatsink and $30-50 for a power supply -- about $300 in parts, total.
