@AllRun1 you can download Windows 10 directly from Microsoft here. The tool you download will create either a bootable flash drive or give you an ISO that you can burn to disc or do whatever. Obviously you'll need a working PC to do that, so in general it's best to do this BEFORE you wipe your system. But since you already did that, hopefully you can get temporary access to some other system.
