Keyboard some keys not working

Hello hi there, for some reason I have been facing an issue with my keyboard’s keys, some of them are not working. So, I have tried and tested every possible thing like,

Resetting the entire system to factory reset

Restarting the system

Re-booted my system several times                       

Reinstalled and updated drivers

Ran BIOS setup- Everything is completely fine

P.S. -The on-Screen Keyboard is working fine.

Please help
