It is not Dells responsibility to look after the security of your laptop, that is for you to do and especially in a country like Brazil. The I.p thing will not work , it can be changed . If you had a password set up then your data is safe so no worries there. Take responsibility for your own carelessness and look after your things and you will not lose them
