Everything is upto date and ive run dell diagnostics and its says everything is working properly, but im still having the boot up issue where the keyboards just continously go on and off without booting up
Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacement. Please let us know if the issue is resolved by marking this as accepted solution once the part is replaced. If not, let us know as well.

F12 at bootup
Run Dell Diagnostics.
If you are under warranty, you need to contact Dell.
