START UP PROBLEM (DELL VOSTRO 5402)

Question

so i have na new laptop, just a couple weeks old. She started having problems such as blue screen error specifically VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE but i was able to solve it by reinstalling my OS. right now if functions normally however Whenever I try to open it especially during the morning after an overnight shutdown it seems like it is having a problem going into boot. Once I open the lid, the keyboard starts lighting up and then turns off after maybe around 10seconds it does this repeatedly going on and off. It only properly boot up when I press the power button to seemingly reset it and then it boots up normally.

F12 at bootup Run Dell Diagnostics. If you are under warranty, you need to contact Dell.

Everything is upto date and ive run dell diagnostics and its says everything is working properly, but im still having the boot up issue where the keyboards just continously go on and off without booting up

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacement. Please let us know if the issue is resolved by marking this as accepted solution once the part is replaced.  If not,  let us know as well.
