Vostro 3468 - Page Down arrow not working
The page down arrow stopped working. If pressed once, the page right away jumps down to the end and keeps flickering not permitting any other function to work. Please advise.

Could someone let me know how I can exit bios/ support assist window? When pressed F2 it takes me to BIOS and if pressed OK it shuts down the entire system. Again when the machine is turned ON,it has the Initializing PC screen. Any way to come out of this?
