Vostro 5490 chassis

Is this normal for a new laptop out of the box? quality problem? manufacturing defect? First photo: when I push on the chassis it doesn't click and the screws are tightened  Second photo: the chassis between the space bar and touchpad is slightly convex

Wov, had a same issue(2nd one); was making mark on the screen but the service came and replaced.
