Vxrail mail alert

Hi all

If the customer is dark site and can't have ESRS for Vxrail (Quanta server ). I've checked KB below, Vxrail don't provide any call-home feature except ESRS. Customer need mail alert to user , hence to EMC (auto create SR). The KB mentioned we can have mail alert by Vmware VC. But I think can't monitor VXrail hardware. Any recommend for dark site VXrail.
