Applications not accessible from all user accounts
I downloaded and installed several applications on my new Dell Windows 10 desktop PC. The apps are widely used ones; e.g., Firefox, Photoshop Elements, Adobe Acrobat, TurboTax.
The PC has one Admin account and three user accounts: J, E, and V. Installations were done using the Admin account.
All the applications are accessible from Admin and J. But from E or V, most are not visible in any way; not in the desktop or start menu or task bar. I bought subscriptions to MS-Office and Photoshop Elements, but opening them in E or V brings up the pre-subscription “trial version” window.
I tried downloading and re-installing an application, but it didn't help.
Looking around for hints, I noticed that from V’s account the C:\Users\V\AppData folder is not visible. The same from E’s account for E’s AppData. But every AppData is visible from the Admin account. Changing the respective access control settings manually to be like J’s did not help.
How can I make the E and V accounts behave correctly?

Photoshop Elements and other licensed software are not multi user.
Admin Rights are Required.
Dell does not support 3rd party Adobe Software or any other vendor.
You are asking for software to run under security settings not supported by single use software.

Thanks for the response.
However, the fact that Firefox, Photoshop Elements, Adobe Acrobat, TurboTax are all affected suggests that the solution involves something in Windows 10.
Anybody run into a similar problem?

Photoshop Elements, Adobe Acrobat, TurboTax require license and are not shared server simultaneous multi user versions.
Firefox is not going to allow guest account outside the sandbox for security reasons.
The software is working as designed.
What you are asking for is not related whatsoever to dell or any machine in particular.
