Backup and Recovery with Windows 10 failed to update

I got a message I needed to update Dell Backup and Recovery since I am in my first month trying out Windows 10. Started the Update, got to about 1 - 1 1/2 minutes then got an error message.

Failed to patch file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell Backup and Recovery\QTtool Lite.exe

Clicked OK, timer kept counting but the progress bar would not move giving the impression it had stalled out due to the error above so I stopped it. Is this happening to others?
