Cannot configure Mobile Connect

Hi. I have recently bought Dell XPS 15 7590 and installed Mobile Connect through Dell's website. When I launch the application and at the same time launch the Android app on my phone, all I can see are windows as seen on the attached images. Bluetooth is on and the phone is paired with the computer.

I don't know if I'm missing something obvious but I can't figure out how to proceed, see my phone and connect successfully. Can someone help please?

It looks like everything okey. But I also don't know what is missing here. Do one thing restart your computer and on again. Then pair with bluetooth.
