Computer Won't turn off when lid is closed

Hi,

My dell inspirion N5050 laptop has the windows 10 upgrade installed and running, but when i close the lid, the screen doesn't turn off, I will look at the crack where you lift the lid, and see light, not black. Please help if there is a driver problem! Also, my BIOS version is A03.

There are no Windows 10 drivers for this computer. You can click the link below and try changing the power plan to see if that will resolve the issues.
