WOW !!! Thanks a lot, i was about to give up... then found your post, disable the "HP Print Scan Doctor Service" and could install Dell Power Manager right away.

HOLY COW MAN THANK YOU! It was the HP Smart app! Uninstalled and was able to update power manager right away
