Dell Back Up and Recovery Basic Username?

I am trying to set up Dell Back Up and Recovery Basic and am being prompted for a username and password.  I have never set this up previously nor have I any record of being supplied with a username and password for this when I purchased my desktop.  I've tried my Dell Account email as a username and same password for my Dell Account but this doesn't work.  How can I obtain my username.  There is a forgot password option but no forgot username?
