Dell Backup & Recovery causing frequent Windows 10 Explorer crashes

I have been facing issues when my Dell Inspiron 13 (7000 Series) laptop wakes up from hibernation. After unlocking the login screen the laptop screen shows all the applications left open, as well as the Start Menu which is opened. However, nothing in the Windows taskbar, Windows searchbar and Windows Start Menu works and they are effectively frozen. The mouse and other application are still working but their view is obstructed by the open Start Menu. As Security Options, Task Manager and Command Prompt are very difficult to open in such a case in almost all instances I had to force shutdown the laptop.

I have traced the issue via Event Viewer and have discovered logs which indicate Dell Backup & Recovery as the source of the fault. Below is the logs for the last instance of the crash, a total of 8 crashes occurred in the past 30 days:

Does anyone at Dell have any advice on how to resolve this issue, or as a last resort is there a safe way to completely remove Dell Backup and Recovery and all its components?

I would uninstall it in the control panel and apps menu.  I was under the impression from previous experience that Dell Backup and Recovery was never installed on Windows 10 Machines since it doesn't work....
