Dell BR software seems to have a lot of issues with Windows 10. My system backup worked but it took about three times longer than with Windows 7. Continuous Data Protection does not work at all on my E6540 machine. Hopefully the next Dell update will take care of the problems.
I phoned Dell Solutions Station and they informed me that Dell Backup and Recovery Premium does not work with Windows 10 upgrade. They stated there would be a new product in the future that would work. No timeframe Dell will email me when available.

Thanks for updating. It is disappointing that Dell themselves have not informed about this to existing users.
