Dell Command Update issues

Hi,

since a few days/weeks I cannot use Dell Command Update anymore. Unfortunately the system log does not show many informations to analyze the problem further.

It seems that the software is not able to scan the system. We have this problem on all PC and Laptops in the company (various models).

Log:

It says at least one problem has occured.

What can we do? Account has admin rights. Windows 10. On this particular machine it worked last month.
The support hotline could not help.

Would be happy for your input.
