Dell Command Update v4 issues

Question

I have been using Dell Command update for last 3 years for managing drivers on all corporate devices. I started with version 2.4 which I liked the most and then they released version 3 followed by version 4 and things started worse from there. We have started facing an issue with installation and upgrade of DCU . Issue 1: We are using Intune and SCCM for deploying apps to our corporate devices and DCU MSI is being used for mass deployment. It installs on device however it doesn't reflect on the user profile. This behavior came up with version 4 and still not resolved. Issue 2: There are few machines which are running with legacy version of Dell Command Update and we are trying to update upgrade them with latest version DCU 4.4.0. We prepared some scripts to remove existing app and install the latest app. However even after removal of legacy DCU, new version fails to install. I would appreciate if someone could assist with the script for clean removal of legacy DCU. Your help will be appreciated on above concern.
