I'm not sure there would be a solution as Windows 10 was never supported by Dell on this machine. It looks like the furthest they ever went was Windows 7. If you could find out who made the firewire chipset you could try their website to see if they have any updated drivers for windows 10 that may be more compatible.
Fixed it, since probably cable included with my old express to FireWire card work only with it. So I buy cheapest option to test new cord and new cable was accepted by system.
Also I have question since by m6600 have quadro 4000m card I know that it is not soldered to mobo and it could be replaced... so my question is if there is option to upgrade to better card from quadro series like 5**** that have 4GB ram?
Oh... also have question if dell will fix problem with disabling the Optimus after few restarts it is bit annoying?

Your system needs the Windows 10 drivers for it. Unfortunately, there are no Windows 10 drivers for the M6600 from Dell.
