Dell Stage/Dock in Windows 10?

I'm getting a new Inspiron laptop, which means I will also be upgrading from Windows 7 on my old Inspiron to Windows 10. On my Win7 machines, I love using the Dell Dock as a means to organize app shortcuts and easily find the program I want to work in. (For clarity, I'm referring to a utility that organizes app shortcuts, not to a docking station for connecting a computer to multiple peripherals.) I've seen some information that seems to suggest that this shortcut-docking utility was replaced by Dell Stage at some point. But I haven't seen any indication that Dell offers any such utility under Windows 10. Is that correct? If so, it will be a big negative change to my workflow. Thanks for any information.
