Dell wired keyboard KB216P function keys not working on windows 10

I have a 5 year old $19.99 KB216P Dell wired keyboard, long time not used, today i want use it in windows 10 64 bit system, everything looks normal but when i press Home button it display e, then i found out all blue labeled keys not working correctly.

the symptoms like blow:

2 Fn key no response.

Esc key only input the character 'b' no difference than the key 'b' (with shift 'B'). try it with Fn all the same

F1, F9, F11, F12 no response.

F10 input 'a' (with shift 'A').

Insert will input 'c' (with shift 'C').

Home will input 'e' (with shift 'E').

PgUp will input 'd' (with shift 'D').

Tried Fn+Esc to toggle Fn lock not worked, tried different USB ports, tried windows 10 keyboard troubleshooter still the same. I can't find exact driver for KB216p, but tried out R34632, R42232, R210570, R272893, Input_Driver_MTM06_WN64_3.0.0_A04 from dell website but no luck, nothing changed.

In the Device Manager it shows the keyboard as HID Keyboard Device, not Dell Wired keyboard. uninstall and update drive still the same result.

Is it because the wrong driver or the the physical keyboard is broken? what can i do? anyone has any idea? please help...

Just a shot in the dark here but by any chance have you enabled the F Lock key?

No, i can't. Dell support guy's don't answer questions if you expired warranty.

Fn keys not work, Esc key stil only typing b.

I'm still looking for solution.

Just to be clear, the F Lock key (if your keyboard has one) is a completely different key to the Fn key.

You mean the Fn Lock Key? The Esc Key has on it that the Fn Lock symbol. but whatever i did it always behave like the B key, not even an Esc key.

We tried a lot with Dell community tech experts and at the end it looks like hardware problem and can not fixed, so thank you for all your help.
