Do I have a virus?

Recently whenever I have been using chrome it will search everything through bing on the chrome ap. I didn't think too much of this until I saw that chrome is being "managed by an organization". This wasnt there a week ago and this is my personal computer so I became worried. I looked in system files and found a file called "IGL-Browsering". It looked fishy so I deleted it thinking it was the virus but my computer is still being managed. Online sources tell me I may have my information leaked and I am very concerned. Windows security says I am fine but I am very worried I have a virus on my new computer.
