Do not touch the other partitions when reinstalling Windows 10 on that partition
Reinstall Windows 10 on its partition, and do not touch any other partitions. Laptop model 3793. I use it since it is very lightweight. The partition I have reserved for Windows 10 should have a clean installation of Windows...without any bloatware. The other partitions don't interest me. In the Dell computer guide, it says that using the Windows Push-Button Reset feature resets your Dell computer and reinstalls the operating system, your personal files, any apps and drivers you have installed, as well as any Dell-installed apps. RESET feature will remove any partitions you have created on your own.
If you only want to delete the partitions without affecting data on other partitions, you will need a Flash drive to create windows 10 image.
Click on below link and choose download tool now. Make a bootable USB of windows 10

Reboot from this USB from F12 menu.
On the disk selection screen, click on the partition which has windows 10 on it, and choose deleted.
Now the partition will appear as Unallocated space, choose it and hit next.

The other partitions are NOT optional. There will be a UEFI, MSR Reserved, Recovery, System and OS partition. The Dell drive also has hidden bios recovery. If you wiped drive instead of fresh start you lost that recovery feature.
If you want to remove the bloatware but dont want to lose your files do a clean start.
Open Admin Command Prompt and type
C:\Windows\system32>systemreset -cleanpc
Press NEXT
