How to create a recovery partition again

Hello,

I own a G3 3579 which got faulty. The original factory image was deleted by the Dell Recovery tool. How can I create that again? I already have the latest official Windows 10 image, and I now it can autodownload drivers and important stuff.

How can I recreate this image into the Recovery partition, so whenever I ran into an error, I can recover this new Windows Installation?

To be more specific, I tried to recover Windows with the Factory Recovery tool, where I was given to choose from two options:

1. Recover from the Windows Image partition.

2. Download the latest available Windows Image.

I chosen option 2. However, that Windows versions wasn't the latest, and now it is trying to update (v1909) it but gets stuck at 20%. I also notice that this Windows image is faulty as well. Windows Defender didn't worked, I had to search online because of the error it was giving to me (W Defender) and now I doubt about this Windows Image health status.

I ran DISM.exe to check Windows status, also deleted SofwareDistribution folder and stuff, and still, Windows can't be updated, and found no error.

Now I wanted to try with the original factory Image, but it is gone! That partition content was filled with several .svm large files, and now it has several random .zip files and a small .wim image file.
