How to upgrade Windows 10 Professional for Inspiron 15 7000 Series 7559

The system has been shipped with Windows 10 Home, the OS activation license is also for Win 10 Home Win 10 Pro can be installed but activation would requiree to purchase license from Microsoft We would not be able to dispatch media for Win 10 Pro or assist with activation as the system order is not inclusive of Win 10 Pro

We understand that we will need to supply a Windows 10 Pro license. We are MS Partners and still have some internal use licenses available.

I new employee started with her Inspiron 15 5000, and we cannot use Home in the office environment. We have tried upgrading the license, and tried installing from boot, but we are not getting any joy.

Are you saying that the notebook is now permanently stuck on the Home edition?

There are no OEM home upgrades to Education or Enterprise.  Only clean install.
