Hi
I too was facing this problem on my Samsung laptop and I fixed it by going to my Samsung agent on my laptop and and find all the available updates there . U need to got to your Dell Support Centre On your laptop to get it fixed

Kindly go on to the Dell website and either run a search by system model or by service tag which will give u all the latest driver including the latest supported BIOS.
