Inspiron 11 2in1 video driver won't install under win10

Hello Folks -

Upgrade to Win 10 went fairly well.  However, I noticed that the screen brightness controls have stopped working.  Looked in Device Manager and have the "yellow error" on the Intel video driver.  Downloaded the updated driver from the Dell site (v10.18.15.4240 (A00) June 29, 2015)

When running the install from the package, the driver fails to install with the error: "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer".  I've posted the install log below... the failure is noted at the bottom of the log file.

Now the computer has defaulted back to the windows default basic driver (not even the Intel/Dell driver it used to have...)  I don't understand why a Dell approved driver would show up as not being validated.

Has anyone had this problem?  Solution?

Thanks!

I have similar issue, cant install the video driver from dell (7348_Video_Driver_2KV8F_WN32_10.18.15.4240_A00.EXE)/

Previous driver (W8.1) not working well.

Installing it on 64bit, why driver is W32? Is it common to both 32 & 64?

I have Dell inspiron 7000 2in1 13' 7348 i7, I get the following message:

The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer.

Please assist.

Yes, yes you should go  back to Windows 8.1 because Windows 10 **bleep**.  You should also install non-Dell hardware because Dell drivers
