There are no soft fixes for physically bad drives.

There is no panacea fix for all dell models all years all os versions.

Buy a new drive

Buy an OEM windows 10 dvd

Install using the "i dont have a key option if it asks for one"

I suggest you buy the DVD today. Once these are gone they will NEVER be available again.  The windows refurbisher program has ended as has support for windows 7 and 8.  From now on its windows 10 only 64 bit only.

Install clean on the new drive.

Put the old drive on a drive wire or dock to recover any data if possible.

Ontrack data can do this for $350 diagnostic and $3500 recovery of data.

Ontrack recovered all the data from a hard drive that came from the crashed space shuttle.
