Yes I've been having this issue now for nearly two weeks. I called Dell and was on the phone for an hour with them last week they said "it'll be fixed in 2 days" LOL well it's been almost another week and nothing. Direct links to the ISOs show as not found they should probably address this since I have a couple hundred machines I cannot use at the moment without a valid ISO!

This is dragging on now, when will it be fixed?

Please fix this dell. I have over 100 machines I'm waiting to image and it's been 3 weeks of this tool not working.

Same issue here.  I'm unable to perform a reset using the automated SupportAssist ISO and the manual download is unavailable stating "We are currently unable to connect to the backend. Please check your internet connection and try again".  Internet is fine and I just performed a separate download for another device just moments ago - same USB drive too.  I'm guessing that the Dell tech on the phone had no fix and gave a generic response...

As an IT admin you should never be dependent on OEM ISO, you by now should have deployed your own Custom image.

BTW : I use Media creation tool

The image provided by Microsoft works on almost any machine. Since it doesn't have any bloatware from Dell,  saves a lot of time uninstalling unwanted apps..

5/27/2022 - we are currently unable to connect to the backend. blah blah blah.

Not all companies are going to deploy a custom image via a pxe server, this seems to be down longer than acceptable.. like, this is Dell, clearly they have an IT department.

I have been communicating with a different user on this forum for the same issue. According to the user out of warranty machines are no longer getting recovery downloads.

Can some one from Dell confirm this ??
