Reinstall operating system on replacement drive
I have to replace the hard drive on my Inspirion desktop because it crashed. I did not receive a Windows 10 disk with my computer when I bought it two years ago. How do I reinstall the operating system to the new hard drive?

You can get the ISO from here
www.microsoft.com/.../windows10
Use that and the Media Creation Tool to make a bootable flash drive for reinstallation.
