Stop Code Memory Management error while installing Windows 10

Question

I'm currently on Ubuntu and I want to clean install Windows 10. I downloaded OS from Microsoft site and made USB bootable using Microsoft's USB DVD software.

However, when it starts booting I see windows logo loading and them blue screen flashes with Stop Code : Memory Management erro. Then my laptop restarts.

Please guide me what am I missing here?

We’ll surely try and assist you. If you are able to restart the system into safe mode, please follow the below mentioned steps and check if the issue re-occurs.

1. Boot the system to safe mode with networking

2. On the search bar, type Windows Memory diagnostics

3. You will see Diagnose your computer's memory problems, left click on the same

4. Then Click on restart now and check for problems

5. Computer will restart and take you to the Windows Memory Diagnostics tool

6. This should take about 10-15 minutes to run the tool completely.

7. System will automatically restart and take you to the Windows login screen.

If the above step did not work, We request you run through the hardware diagnostics to isolate issues between hardware and software. You can refer to this link http://dell.to/2o8Svv4 which has a video with the steps to complete the same. Please share the results.

I had a similar problem with the Asus E402SA laptop with EFI. Writing an ISO file with Windows 10 using the Rufus program. In this program, in section - Partition scheme and system interface type - select - GPT for computers with UEFI. Then when booting the BIOS chose to download from the USB flash drive the partition that was under UEFI and installation of Windows 10 64 bit was successful.
