System Firmware 2.5.1 cannot finish setting up after restarting laptop
I'm using winver 21H1. I have a problem in the update of my system firmware. The message says "Your PC needs to be restarted to finish setting up this device". After restarting my laptop (Inspiron 14-3467) it still notify the same message. I don't why what causes the error. Does the laptop need to have a battery when updating firmware? My laptop battery is broken so I don't put it in my laptop anymore.

Windows update is trying to update the BIOS, which is very inconsiderate and BAAAAD way of MICROSOFT pushing a firmware.
Go to Start >> Settings >> update and Security > Pause windows updates
Now run following troubleshooter to Hide the Firmware update from downloading again,
Yes Do not attempt BIOS update on Bad Battery it can Brick your Motherboard.
