To resolve issue in my dell inspion 5558 laptop.

Sir,I have windows 8.1 licence on my dell inspiron 5558 laptop from purchase and i am unable to connect dell help and support installed in my laptop since 2 to 3 months,previously it was working but unfortunately it is not working in present.
I also uninstalled it and installed new application from support.dell.com but even then it is not opening.
Looking forward to your valuable reply to resolve my issue.

You're able to boot into windows 8.1? What new application you're trying to installed from Dell support and won't open?
