Urgent Attention!

i recently factory reset my pc and its asking me to setup my country and language, then it tells me to hit next. when i hit next it says please wait and keeps loading for about 20 minutes, and then it sends me back to step one, PLEASE HELP!

You may want to run Dell Diagnostics at bootup to see if there is a hardware problem such as a failing hard drive.
