The key that is built into the UEFI is for the version of windows that came with your computer. If you had another key you could use that, but you can't use the windows 10 key for windows 8.x or 7.
The SLP key for Windows 7 Professional is input from the Windows 7 Reinstallation DVD and is generic to all Dell Windows 7 Professional OEM installs so yes it should work.
