Where is the Battery meter ?

After installing windows 10 Battery meter is not there
- Dell inspiron 5521
- Windows 10 Enterprise
Where is This and there is no Drivers updates for windows 10

I update my Vostro 3550 and i can't find battery meter and also a I can't disable the mouse touch pad by pressing the hot keys FN+F3.
