Win10 3 finger swipe fail

Question

Hello,

I have a Dell XPS 13 9333 upgraded to a Win10.

Everything works absolutely fine except gestures on touchpad.

WRONG -> Three finger swipe-up opens cortana, swipe-down opens system params.

Expected opened apps to be shown and minimization of opened windows. It was so for a while but then suddenly stopped working.

Everything checked correctly in DELL touchpad settings.

How can I solve this issue?

Just started experiences this issue recently as well on my Inspiron 7537... very odd. Very odd indeed. Did you find a solution?
