Windows 10, Realtek Audio issues

I've been having sound issues for as long as 2 - 3 weeks and after unlimited endeavors of perusing various discussions and endeavoring to fix this myself I've come up with practically nothing. I'll list my concern and my endeavors of fixing that I can review on the spot underneath;

So I have my earphones connected to my work area (Tried both front sound jacks and back ones) however the mic isn't identified in Recording Devices and the earphones themselves aren't appeared in Playback Devices.

I've checked Device Manager and Realtek High Definition Audio doesn't appear under "Sound, video and game regulators" just NVIDIA High Definition Audio.

I checked "Show shrouded things" and it appears to be that it isn't introduced or atleast the drivers aren't so I endeavored to reinstall (With much trouble) the Realtek drivers. After numerous endeavors and restarts nothing appeared to work.

I've attempted a total reset of my work area and still no karma. I've gone to ASUS' site and snatched the drivers from their help gatherings that are appropriate for my motherboard and introduced those. Again no karma.

So I ran a DirectX Diagnostic to discover the issue there. In the "Sound" tab it thought of this: No stable card was found. On the off chance that one is normal, You ought to introduce a sound driver gave by the equipment maker

So I checked for most recent windows updates and I'm presently on the most recent rendition. So I did another restart and still no karma.
