Windows 10 Video and Audio Not Working
It's baffling. I have a Dell computer with Windows 10. I can't get audio and video to work on any of 3 browsers (Firefox, E, and Chrome). Sometimes video works, then quits. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. sometimes I get video and no audio. Sometimes neither.
I checked my drivers and they all say they're working fine and don't need to be updated. Troubleshooter could find nothing. :emotion-42:
Dell Inspiron One 2020, 64.

Thank you for writing to us!
Since you have updated the drivers kindly private message the service tag, email address and also a screenshot of the device manager.
In the meanwhile kindly check the following:
1- Update BIOS on the system http://dell.to/2gyxPFj ( link to the latest BIOS)
2- Run Diagnostics on the system.
3- Check for windows pending updates.
4- Use external speakers to check if the audio works fine.
