Windows 10 for Dell Inspiron 3421
I have a question whether Dell Inspiron 3421 can support either Windows 10 32bit or 64bit or Windows 7 is perfect for this model.

Windows 10 RS1 64 Bit will work fine on this model provided the UEFI BIOS is updated to A13. See here for details:

Got a report of one running Windows 10 RS1 the other day pretty nicely...

I have same laptop and i have installed win 10 64 bit and my laptop became much slower i get hanged very long whenever i use internet. This laptop has 2 gb ram no graphics how can i speedup my laptop.

Upgrade the system to 8G RAM and replace the hard drive with a solid state drive. Those together should net you decent Windows 10 performance.
