Windows 10 update failure
I was updating my Dell Inspiron 15 to the latest version of Windows 10 when the reboot stuck at the Dell logo screen. I tried rebooting it manually and pressing the F2 key didn't work. My stucks at the logo screen or a black screen, I can't do a thing.
please, help me...

You should not install unfinished software on your main computer. Microsoft makes this very clear on its website.
If you made a backup of your system prior to installing Windows 10, restore the backup.
If you did not make a backup, you can use your system repair disk to diagnose and possibly solve your problem.
If you did not make a system repair disk, you will have to restore or reinstall Windows using the instructions here.

I ran the PSA for my laptop (Inspiron 15 7537, forgot to mention that last part) and it found no errors or problems. Still I'm not able to do anything...
I tried putting win 10 pro release in an USB device so I could re-install everything from zero, but when I hit F2 and F12 keys, it leads to a black screen that loads nothing. I'm unable even to re-install the OS.
Is it possible that the PSA misses something? Maybe de HD is damaged or something else?
