XPS 15, vertical scroll and cache

Recently got XPS 15, great laptop except for one problem Dell can't seem to fix, and I'm really getting tired of it. When browsing, and cache reaches 320 MB, vertical scroll function only (with cursor on screen, not scroll bar) stops working. Clearing cache solves problem temporarily, but problem shouldn't be happening in the first place. Have reinstalled OS, nothing works. Help.
