booting from CD in Windows 10
I got a new 5567. Software I use for work can only run on a 32 bit system. There have been some issues with Win 10 32 bit not bringing in graphics so I am having to set up a dual boot with Win 7 32 bit on this machine. I went through the steps to add a partition and now I am trying to put Win 7 on but it will not read from the CD/DVD on boot up. I tried going through file explorer but it tries to load files on the Win 10 drive and creates an error message. I found on the Dell support page a write up about how to add this ability but when I get to step to pick the file system from the list, I only have one choice and it is not the one they say to pick. So, I need some help on how to get this machine to read from an optical drive on boot up since the old DOS menu is gone.

You have to push F8 or F2. One of those, at the Dell logo to get into the text menu and select the drive. You MAY run into an issue with Windows 7 not really, but kinda sorta supporting UEFI as all new computers do not have BIOS anymore.

You did not read my question completely. I can get to the set up (f2) but once there, there is no list of drives under boot sequence. Windows manager is the boot manager. When you follow the directions from Dell, it says to pick the one from the list that say CD. I do not have that option since there is only 1 and CD is not it. I am *** that Dell sets this up so that is will not boot from a CD and when I call to ask for help they want to charge me to tell me how to do it. In the past I bought Dell because of the outstanding customer service. My how times have changed.
