need FastAccess file
Over the past few years, I had been running Fast Access on my laptop with windows 10. It was the last one that had screen bright or face bright that worked in windows 7. I had to put a new HD in my xps, and I went to the download center to get the file and it said I had downloaded it too many times. Of course, now the download center is gone! I went to the digital locker and there are no files in it for me to download. I now can't figure out how I am supposed to get the file.

Have you tried the Windows updates on your computer?
You can download applications up to 10 times on Dell Digital delivery. Have you used up all these 10 attempts?

I am afraid, there is no option to download the application once the limits are reached.
The version available is only for Windows 7 & no driver available for Windows 10 & My Dell Downloads have been retired.
